Here is a collection of easy vegetarian main dishes that have been hard-tested on friends and family. All the recipes have been tried and tested in my vegetarian kitchen, and only those that survive "the test" make it to this page!
Most of the recipes you'll find here are quick vegetarian dishes that sometimes even can be done in less than 30 min.
Some of the recipes you can get done even faster with some clever planning and preparation the day before.
